By accessing Primeus Publisher or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
We provide book publishing services including editing, design, formatting, illustration, distribution and related support. Service scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in your selected package or written quote.
Package prices are shown in US dollars and charged securely via Stripe at checkout. Custom work is quoted in advance and invoiced. All prices are resolved server-side at the time of purchase.
You retain 100% of the rights to your work and any royalties from sales. We claim no ownership of your manuscript or the finished book. You grant us a limited licence to use your materials solely to deliver the services.
You are responsible for the originality and legality of materials you provide. Finished deliverables are made available for download via secure, time-limited links in your account once the relevant work is complete.
Each package specifies its included revision rounds. Because services begin work promptly, refunds are handled case-by-case in line with the work already performed. Contact us to discuss any concern.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primeus Publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
